Busy, Busy Bee

We have come to a few realizations this past month.

1 - We are firmly entrenched in the Mommy, Mommy, Mommy and ONLY MOMMY phase. This is not the best timing as Mommy is wishing we were at the Daddy, Daddy, Daddy and ONLY DADDY phase instead. When Mommy simply must get up to do something, or dare to be seen without giving the proper attention (namely picking up), then enraged screaming usually results. We are discouraging this as much as we can, but I am open to any and all suggestions on this one.

2 - I am starting to believe even more so that Alex's asthma issues are in fact, RAD (reactive airway disease). A fancy way for saying when he gets a chest cold or cough, his lungs go into panic mode and bring on an asthma flare up, complete with grunting and heaving shoulders. Unfortunately there is simply no way to prevent a toddler from catching colds. Luckily, I am getting better on the draw and this past weekend's episode is the shortest we've had to date. (Go me!)

3 - The belly is most certainly not getting any smaller. We are almost at 4 months along, and the belly continues to grow at breakneck speed. I'm just hoping I can still fit sideways in the shower by nine months. And next Friday we should get our first glimpse at whether we have a little taco or a little hot dog growing in there.
